Soooooo, I was kinda almost giving up on posting consistently (On IG)🫠 and then I noticed that this happened cos I was on a marathon even on weekends. I barely had time to rest and this can also be a factor that stops us from being consistent.😮💨
I believe that in order to be effectively consistent, you need to be realistic💯 with your time & discipline plus, taking your health seriously in whatever you are pursuing.🍀
It's also something I've noticed with your newsletters -> you named it slowly but surely for a reason and to me that actually depicts consistency.👌🏽👌🏽
It might be slow, it might take some time, but surely it will get done🤗 and it does help pay off in future.
